DEBWE "Speaks the truth"

Jennifer Ménard-Shand is a humble First Nations Ojibwe & French Canadian wife, mother, entrepreneur, and speaker on a mission to advance reconciliation across Canada through servant leadership, storytelling, and purpose-driven product development, in support of Call to Action #92.

Across all of her ventures, Jennifer is intentional about building businesses that give back, raise awareness, and help break generational cycles of harm. As a dedicated board member of Victim Services Toronto, she brings light to the realities of human trafficking and violence, which disproportionately affect Indigenous Peoples.

When you choose FireFlames, you’re not just enjoying clean, craveable, “bag-swag” heat with heart, you’re supporting a brand rooted in truth, purpose, and the belief that business can be a force for healing.
